If you choose to order a digital illustration - ready for you to print at home or at a print centre (like Officeworks), your illustration will come as an A3 JPEG file. You can print this in A5, A4, or A2. If you require a custom size, simply leave a note at checkout.
If you're ordering a framed illustration, you'll receive shipping info including a tracking number straight to your inbox.
You can expect to receive your printed and framed illustration, 7-12 working days after accepting your proof.
Digital orders are ready in just 5-8 days (or 72 hours if you select our rush order option.

We have more than 1 family member in the same birth month, how will my illustration look?
Fortunately, there are 2 birth flowers for each month of the year, so in families with more than one member in the same month, we'll use a different flower.
If they're more than 2 members in one month, then we simply change the colours. We always ensure your custom artwork is unique and beautiful, no matter how many members are born in the same month.
How long will it take to receive my order?
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our current turn around time for digital downloads is approximately 5-8 days, but this time can increase during peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day etc).
Framed illustrations can take an additional 12 days to be printed, frames and posted.
Can I see a preview of my illustration before I order?
Our talented team of artists spends lots of time creating your unique illustration from scratch. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a preview of your illustration (as all the work has been done by this stage) but we do guarantee that we will work with you until you are completely happy with your finished piece of art.
If you require any changes or edits to your illustration, simply reply back to us via email or View Your Order and leave a comment, and our artist will revise your illustration and return it to you ASAP. Easy as!
I chose to receive my illustration as a digital file, how will I receive it?
If you have selected "Digital download (JPEG)", your finished illustration will be available to download directly from our store.

The default size for our digital illustrations is A3, however they are suitable to be printed in A5, A4 and also A2 - giving you plenty of freedom to choose the size best for your space.
If you need a custom size, please let us know when making your order.
Can I choose a specific background colour?
Of course! Please use the note section at checkout to let us know what you had in mind and we'll customise your background.
