This was my first and last order from coco studios I had seen friends use them and they looked amazing! Not only did my order take 5 weeks to complete the artist didn’t take any of my comments into consideration I had to send the same comment 3 times to just get the edit I wanted. In the end I’ve just given up and taken what they’ve done because I just can’t be bothered to try contact coco studios again. I sent multiple emails tried to contact via the online chat with either a reply days later or no reply at all. It took me commenting on social media to get a reply. What a joke for a service never again.
