How do I send in my photo?
Upload a photo and our Coco Studio instant artwork system creates your portrait. Preview it free and only pay when you love it. Not happy? Once you order, our artist jumps in and works with you. unlimited revisions until you're 100% happy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Digital downloads are instant; if you want a change, our artist makes your revision within 24 hours. Framed orders print once you approve your proof — 3–7 business days for printing, framing and tracked shipping
Can I see a preview of my illustration before I order?
Yes — that's the best part! You'll see your portrait instantly, before you pay. If it's not quite right once you order, you'll receive an email with your illustration and an option to request a revision and leave a comment — and our artist will jump in and work with you until you're 100% happy.
Can you use more than 1 photo to create my illustration?
Using more than one photo is a great way to add in a lost loved one or a long-distance family member.
We can merge two or more separate photos and put them all together in one illustration, the photos should be the same or similar angle (for example; all people standing, taken front on at eye level). Please note that we are unable to change the positioning of a person, for example, from sitting to standing or vice versa.
Our listings will allow you to upload ONE photo, so you will need to email your additional photos after purchase to info@cocostudioshop.com along with your order number.
Don't forget to use the note section at checkout to leave any requests for your artist!
I'd love to get my pet illustrated too, can you include them?
Yes we love pooches and kitties and all things feathered and furred.
I chose to receive my illustration as a digital file, how will I receive it?
If you have selected "Digital download (JPEG)", your finished illustration will be emailed to you straight away and available for you to download directly and print.
The default size for our digital illustrations is A3, however they are suitable to be printed in A5, A4 and also A2 - giving you plenty of freedom to choose the size best for your space.
If you need a custom size, please let us know when making your order.
