Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and the UK. IF you are outside of these countries please let me know and I can provide with a quote for shipping.
How long will it take to receive my digital illustration?
Digital illustrations are sent to your email address in 5-10 from purchase date. Please note this time may increase during holidays and peak shopping seasons.
You should receive your shipping confirmation email and tracking number within 3-4 business days after approving your proof. During holidays and peak seasons it may take as long as 5-7 business days to receive your shipping confirmation.
What do I do if my item is damaged?
If your framed illustration has arrived damaged please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it and we will ship you a new one. We do not accept returns unless your item is damaged.
