  • How long will it take to receive my order?

At Coco Studio, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Our current turnaround time for digital downloads is approximately 5 to 8 business days. Please note that this may take longer during peak seasons such as Christmas or Mother’s Day.

Framed illustrations require additional time. Please allow up to 12 extra business days for printing, framing, and shipping.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where available.



Returns and Cancellations

  • Order cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@cocostudioshop.com within 24 hours of placing it. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast turnaround, so cancellations may not be possible after this window.

  • Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement, based on your preference.

Please contact us at info@cocostudioshop.com and include clear details and photographic evidence of the issue. Once we approve the return, you must send the item back within 60 days to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Returned items must be in good condition and securely packaged. Customers are responsible for organising and covering the cost of return shipping.

  • No restocking fees

We do not charge restocking or processing fees. However, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Change of mind or frame colour preference

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or preferences like frame colours. To avoid disappointment, we send a digital proof of your illustration for approval before printing and shipping. Once you approve the design, we proceed with production based on your confirmation.

  • Refund and replacement processing time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement within 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been finalised. Note all refunds are processed in AUD
