DISGUSTING SERVICE - they charged me $150 & I wasn’t happy with the proof they sent me as it was a Father’s Day gift for my 97 year old Father in-law for *last year*. After seeing how terrible the proof was (it looked *nothng* like my husband & Father in-law) I requested a refund but they refused. They offer no contact phone number so you can’t call up to discuss changes you would like, how can you possibly email back and forth 100 times to explain your family members accurate appearances? SO THEY CHARGED ME FOR THIS + *another $650 for a second order*. They didn’t redo any of the artworks (our issue was none of them even closely resembled our family members) AND then marked these orders as shipped
I’m out of pocket over $750 & have nothing to show for it♀️♀️♀️♀️♀️ Buyer beware of Coco Studio…..SHAME ON YOU COCO STUDIO. How are you even comfortable taking a customers hard earned money for gifts that are intended for family members without any conscious.
