Your unique illustration will be delivered via email in both a PNG format (without a background - ready for you to layer) and another PNG with a coloured background of your choice.

Type 1: Clothing, cosmetics, books, boxes, bottles, simple jewellery, shoes, single-item toys, crockery, pottery and other simple household or personal items

Type 2: Electronics, clothing with detailed design/patterns, detailed jewellery, flowers and floral arrangements, furniture, toys with multiple pieces.

Type 3: Vehicles, machinery, other highly detailed items

Order Details

A proof of your illustration will be sent to you for approval before the final delivery. Please note we cannot print your illustration until this has been confirmed by you. You can use the My Order tab to approve or request changes to your illustration.

We deliver our digital illustrations as soon as the illustration is finished, directly to your email address. Delivery is usually 4-8 days from purchase date. Please note this time may increase during holidays and peak shopping seasons.

If you have ordered a printed and framed illustration, please allow an additional 6-14 days for your illustration to arrive at your address. This time is dependent on your location and demand.
